		<description>I know exactly what you&#039;re talking about . . . it&#039;s really cold down here in SoCal too.  In fact, it&#039;s so cold here, last week when I went surfing (yes, in the ocean - not on the computer) I actually had to bust out the booties to keep my feet warm.  

And check this out for something really strange . . . it&#039;s so bad here there&#039;s actually water falling out of the sky!  What gives?!?!  People are calling it rane or precipitation or something like that (not sure what that is).  If this keeps up, I may not be able to play volleyball on Sunday (yes, on the beach, not on the computer) - - either that or i&#039;ll be forced to wear a shirt to keep warm.</description>
